Services
TheOrange.Design provides digital services including web design and development, video production, social media marketing, branding and graphic design, search engine optimization, website maintenance, and related digital services.
The specific scope, deliverables, price, timeline, and service requirements will be described on our website, proposal, quotation, invoice, email correspondence, or other written agreement with the client.
Custom projects may have terms that differ from our standard packages.
Where project-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the project-specific written terms will apply.
Pricing and payment
Prices are stated on our website, proposal, quotation, or invoice
Depending on the service, we may require full payment, an upfront deposit, milestone payments, or recurring payments.
Work may not begin until the required upfront payment has been received.
For milestone projects, final files, website launches, transfers, or other final deliverables may be withheld until all amounts due for the applicable project have been paid.
Recurring services are invoiced according to the billing arrangement agreed with the client.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in the temporary suspension of work or services.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the information, content, feedback, approvals, credentials, files, access, and other materials reasonably required to perform the service.
Project timelines may be extended when required information, access, payment, feedback, or approvals are delayed.
The client confirms that any materials supplied to TheOrange.Design may legally be used for the project and do not knowingly violate the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
Project timelines
Any delivery dates or estimated timelines are based on the agreed scope and timely cooperation from the client.
Timelines may change because of requested revisions, scope changes, delayed feedback, third-party services, technical issues, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances affecting delivery.
We will communicate material changes to a project’s expected schedule where reasonably possible.
Revisions and scope changes
Revision limits, where applicable, will be stated in the applicable package, proposal, or agreement.
Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and additional time.
We will notify the client before proceeding with chargeable work outside the agreed scope.
Digital delivery
All services provided by TheOrange.Design are digital unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A service may be considered delivered when the applicable work has been sent, uploaded, published, deployed, implemented, made accessible to the client, or completed according to the agreed scope.
Website maintenance
Website maintenance is an ongoing digital service and does not necessarily result in a separate downloadable deliverable.
Maintenance may include monitoring, software updates, plugin updates, troubleshooting, technical fixes, content updates, backups, performance checks, or other agreed maintenance tasks.
Fulfillment occurs through the provision of these services during the applicable billing period.
Ongoing services
Certain services do not result in a single final deliverable.
Website maintenance, SEO, social media management, consulting, and similar services may involve ongoing work during a recurring service period.
Completion of an ongoing service period does not require the delivery of a separate physical or digital product unless a report or deliverable was specifically included in the agreed scope.
Client approval
Where approval is required, clients should review deliverables and report requested changes within the applicable review period.
Continued use, publication, deployment, or written approval of a deliverable may be treated as confirmation that the applicable work has been received.
Third-party services
Some projects require third-party products or services such as hosting, domains, plugins, fonts, stock media, software subscriptions, advertising platforms, payment providers, or external applications.
Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and availability.
Unless specifically included in our agreement, third-party fees are the client’s responsibility.

Portfolio use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, TheOrange.Design may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or other promotional materials.
